When We Run
Monday evenings - 6:00pm
Wednesday evenings -6:00pm
Saturday mornings- variable start times (try and be done by 10:00am)
Runs rotate through central and west-central Edmonton, with meet-ups at accessible parks, tracks, and coffee spots. (Hawrelak park, Glenora, Edmonton Valley Zoo, Government Park)
All Paces Welcome
Whether you’re brand new to running, coming back after time off, or training toward a personal best — you’re welcome here.
We use loop routes and out-and-back formats so runners of different paces can share the same route and still feel connected, while still running at an effort that’s right for them.

Training Delivered Through Final Surge
All participants receive their workouts in Final Surge.
This means:
Your weekly runs are loaded and clearly structured
Paces and effort targets are provided
You can complete workouts on your own if you can’t make a group run
Your training stays consistent even when life gets busy
The group runs are there for energy and community — but the plan works whether you’re running with the group, solo, or a mix of both.

Meet-up locations and routes are shared in advance so everyone knows where to go.
