Founded by personal trainer and run coach Kendra Richards, KRT Performance is built on the belief that fitness should be empowering, sustainable, and rooted in science.

With a background in kinesiology and years of experience coaching everyone from first-time runners to endurance athletes, Kendra brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to training. Whether you're chasing a race goal, rebuilding strength, or simply striving for a healthier, longer life—this is a space where hard work, personal growth, and community come together.
